GENERAL TERMS OF THE AUCTION---PLEASE READ
1. Each bidder is to get his/her own bid number -- these will be permanent.
2. An ID such as a driver’s license is required to received a bid number.
3. All property is sold “AS IS, WHERE IS”. We make NO guarantees, warranties, or representations. Bidders should inspect condition of all property before buying. You are responsible for safety of your items after purchase.
4. All sales are final .No refunds or credits will be issued.
5. Each sale is subject to a 5% VA sales tax unless you have a completed tax Exempt form on file.
6. Payment may be cash, check, or credit card [3% adm. Fee on CC] payable day of sale.
7. The highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer will be the purchaser
8. All announcements made at the beginning of the auction shall take precedence over all previous oral or written announcements or and printed material or advertisement.
9. The order of the sale is at the discretion of the auctioneer.
10. The auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw any property before offering of the item.
11. The auctioneer’s decisions as to disputed or tie bids will be final.
12. All articles must be removed the day of sale after payment is made.
13. The auctioneer, staff, and owners of property shall not be held liable or responsible for any damages or accidents on the of sale site.
